Spacious lush resort with high-quality bungalows just on the outskirts of the city. There is four bungalows with 2 studios in each and 4 bungalows with one room. The land has a small piece connecting to the main road in a curve with potential to build a high big light-box sign and even make a new entrance. After the swimming pool is renovated, the place can be fully operating with normal ongoing renovation and maintenance.

The Mon Mai area Hin Lek Fai is very popular area for both Thai and foreigners, just some few 100 meters away there is 2 senior homes for foreigners, there is an Artist Village, amazing dining with walking distance, at: Dady Deli, L’Occitan, White Lotus, Jackys Garden, Chef Jack, C’est la Vie, Foxes and many many more Thai and foreigner styled restaurants. Coffee shops like Marzipan, Anjana and Douce France with its own bakery. Just a 10 minutes drive to Black Mountain Golf Course, and 15 minutes to Hua Hin Beach. You can also walk to many convince stores, the closest is 25 meters away, FamilyMart, 7 Eleven, CJ, Tesco is some of them.

This resort is perfect for daily rents and can also be used as a retirement home, wellness resort, add kitchenets and you can rent out long term.
